Nice room, fairly clean hotel in general.

Our favourite, hip new hotel in Surabaya with amazing and wonderful staff.

The location is particularly good, just 0.5 miles away from the airport. the room is reasonably priced and includes a fridge, a coffee maker, and a writing table.

Location: the hotel was close enough to the center, a decent cafe to choose, and downtown. The staff were attentive and helpful and were always there to help. The food was reasonably priced and GOOD.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a great experience. the room was clean and well-maintained, which is always a priority for me. Secondly, the staff was friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to resolve any issues that arose. Lastly, the breakfast provided was delicious and had a good variety of options to choose from. One detail that stood out to me was the hotel's attention to detail in providing rooms with 3 beds on a non-smoking floor, ensuring comfort for larger groups like mine. Another detail that impressed me was the hotel's convenient location, making it easily accessible from the toll road. I had a pleasant stay.

During our recent stay at Primebiz Hotel, we were pleasantly surprised by the value for money we received. The hotel is clean and modern, with fresh and new furniture that made us feel comfortable and at ease. During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the clean and comfortable room that the hotel offered. The location of the hotel was perfect as it was near to many tourist spots and transportation was easy to find. the breakfast served was delicious and had a variety of options to choose from.

On the negative side, the parking lot was small and could only accommodate a limited number of cars. , the hotel had smoking rooms which made the hallway and even some of the rooms smell strongly of cigarettes, which was quite unpleasant.

Spent Xmas at this hotel. the price was decent and the room was clean. They included free WiFi and the TV channels offered a lot to choose from. Plus, the staff was friendly and welcoming.
